✨FOUR YEARS SUICIDE ATTEMPT-FREE ✨

This year marks four years had passed since I tried to end my life.

I lost hope.

Not just for myself, but others too.

I can’t believe how much I have grown since the last attempt.

I know the world is a better place with me IN it.

The world is also a better place with YOU in it.

I matter, and you matter too.

Through my hardships and weaknesses, I found love and hope.

As long as I’m still breathing, I want to continue to break down the stigma around mental illnesses - especially Bipolar Disorder (which I have).

I believe in life-long learning, and I am always learning something new about myself and what I want to achieve in life.

I learnt that I can achieve ANYTHING if I set my mind and heart to it.

Whether that’s building my mental health career as a Support Work, sharing my mental health recovery and story on my website or socials, and/or learning to love art as it is.
