INTERVIEW with Frida Khalife || Miss World Australia Preliminary Finalist 2024

SD: Hi Frida. Can you introduce yourself to my readers who don’t know you yet?

FK: Hi everyone! My name is Frida Khalife, I'm 22 year old originally Lebanese but I live in Australia. By day, I work in real estate, helping people find their dream homes. On the side, I model and enjoy spreading positive energy by posting on my social media platforms.

SD: You’re a Miss World Australia Preliminary Finalist 2024. Can you tell us more about it?

FK: Being a Miss World Australia Preliminary Finalist is an amazing achievement! It means I've been selected from the top 4 to compete in the state final. Therefore, I'm one step closer to potentially representing Australia in the Miss World competition. Preliminary finalists go through various rounds of competition showcasing their talents, beauty, and intelligence. It's a great platform to make a positive impact and promote important causes.

SD: How did you become interested in pageants?

FK: I've always been fascinated by the glitz and glamour of pageants. The opportunity to showcase talent, beauty, and intelligence on a big stage really caught my interest. It's all about empowerment and making a positive impact in the world.

SD: What’s in your makeup bag right now?

FK: My favourite question! I've got some concealer, mascara, lip liner, and let's not forget the best for the last, a lipgloss.

SD: What is your vision of success?

FK: For me, success in life is about finding joy and fulfillment in what I do, making a positive impact on others, and continuously learning and growing. It's all about embracing opportunities, following my passions, and spreading kindness along the way.

SD: If you could give one piece of advice to your 14-year-old self, what would it be?

FK: A piece of advice to my 14-year-old self, is in fact what I keep reminding my little sister everyday: Be brave, embrace your uniqueness, be confident and never be afraid to chase your dreams. Life's a beautiful journey but the key to happiness is to love who you truly are!

SD: Who are you most inspired by in the Pageant World and why?

FK: I find myself inspired by Kristen Wright, who won Miss World Oceania 2024. She's not only stunning but also uses her platform to advocate for important causes like helping sick children in need. It's inspiring to see beauty queens making a positive impact beyond the pageant world.

SD: How have beauty pageants impacted your life and your career?

FK: Beauty pageants have played a significant role in my life and career. They provided me with opportunities for personal growth, confidence building, and networking.

SD: What is your best beauty secret?
FK:
My best beauty secret is confidence and self love. In order to look attractive to others, you have to love yourself first. Be happy with who you truly are and look confident even when you're not. It's a game changer!
