Make her feel beautiful in every way.

Know that this journey is unique for her.

Don’t judge her for having relapses and everything.

She is as strong as she is.

She may have weaknesses in her recovery, but that’s how it is to suppose to be.

Sometimes she has her lows and her highs – and they are more than just “low lows” and “high highs”.

Everyone is unique and different, and be her cheerleader.

She wants someone that respects and accepts her for who she is.

Sure, it sounds easy to say all these things, but you have to prove it to just her, not the world.

Don’t be quick to rush to decisions, no matter how many months or years you’ve known her – there’s always something to learn about her unique recovery.

She is trying so hard to recover on this Bipolar journey, and she doesn’t want to walk this journey alone.

Be present, and be patient with her.
