In the darkness, you thought you wouldn’t make it.

Schizophrenia.

Another new diagnosis that left you feeling helpless at the time.

It didn’t resonate with you at all.

Then came Bipolar.

On the brink of the edge, you had the smallest of hope left.

But it was enough for you to survive.

And tell your story on how you survive Bipolar.

It was enough for you to pass that very dark stage in your life.

You reached a point you were sick of trialling medications, and nothing was working.

But looking back, the smallest of hope have helped shape who you are today.

The smallest of hope was all you needed to get pass that stage.

Your friends and family will see you as a different person.

A better person.

A person with strength and integrity.

The most important part is that you are still learning about this disease.

Even though it’s been years since the diagnosis.

You will always still be learning something new about your condition.
