It’s Been Seven Months Since I Stopped My Abilify Injection

It’s been seven months since I stopped by Abilify injection cold turkey.

How am I doing?

Thriving.

Living life fiercely and passionately each day.

I tell you that.

Also, I haven’t been admitted into the mental health ward or hospital.

Emotionally, I feel in control.

Also, mentally.

I got engaged and went to Vietnam for the engagement.

I can’t believe how far I’ve come in life.

I am blessed to live and wake up each day.

For now.

When I told my psychiatrist that I stopped my Abilify injection cold turkey, he wanted to see me every 3 months; not every 6 months.

He wants to monitor me closely.

Just to be safe.
