It’s Been Over A Year Since I Stopped My Abilify Injection - How Am I Doing?

It’s been over a year since I stopped my Abilify injection.
How am I doing?
Still thriving.
In the past several months, I got made redundant from my full-time job as well as had to leave my place because it has been sold to a different person.
I got a notice to vacate.
So two major changes and you know what?
I haven’t shed a single tear since these two major changes happened in my life.
The Suzanne from 4-5 years ago would have helplessly cry about it but no - not even a tear.
Not a single tear.
The Suzanne from 4-5 years ago would have ended up in the mental health ward because of the stress.
But no - 2024 Suzanne is stronger then before.
This year Suzanne has really shown her resilience.
And it’s thanks to my fiancee, Nhon, who is wayy more emotionally stable then me.
I learn some ways from Nhon.
And I’m glad I did.
I learn so much from him.
I learn his resilience.
And I’m so grateful for that.
I love him endlessly.
