I Thought No One Would Love Me Until…

I met someone who respects me.

I met someone who trusts me.

I met someone who invested time in me.

I met someone who made effort to show that they love me.

Truth to be told, there was a time I thought I would be single forever.

I had look for love in all the wrong places.

I was told by someone on a dating app that ‘they wouldn’t deal with a mental case like me’.

I met men who told me I weren’t worthy enough.

That I wasn’t enough for them.

Until…

I met someone that who would change my life forever.

This person is loyal to me.

He wants me badly.

And I want him badly.

Feeling worthy and enough in a relationship is such a great feeling.

I am in a healthy relationship, even though it’s long distance for the moment.

It’s an amazing feeling to have someone who respects me.

Encourages me.

Lifts me up.

And most of all, love me for who I am.
